Return Shipping Fees

Unless the item delivered is legally deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect at the fault of the brand, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund Amount & Methods

Upon the successful and verified return of the merchandise, customers will receive a full refund equal to the total amount paid for the returned product(s). This refund will be issued exclusively using the original payment method utilized during the initial transaction.

Legal Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized products tailored to specific customer requirements.

  • Prescription products or customized health/medical items.

Standard 30-Day Return Window

Applicable strictly to customers located in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and all other international non-EU markets.

We proudly offer an extended 30-day return period starting from the official date of delivery. Items returned postmarked within this window may be eligible for a monetary refund, product replacement, or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

International Shipping Costs

Unless the item is officially verified as defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, all return shipping costs remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • It can be used instantly on our store without waiting for bank clearance, credit card processing cycles, or financial holding times.

  • This option is entirely voluntary. Customers always retain their full legal right to demand a monetary refund where applicable.

 


 

🎁 PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & COMPLIMENTARY GIFTS

Certain orders may benefit from temporary marketing campaigns, including complimentary products, bundle bonuses, or free gifts. In the event of a return:

  • Complete Return: All complimentary items supplied as part of a promotional campaign or order bundle must be physically returned together with the purchased products.
